Have banjo, will travel

The inscrutable, undisputable banjo king Nathan Bowles is heading out on the road this month for a string of solo gigs. Those on in the southeast and east coast are poised to see our man pluck, strum & rumble on stage and in-person, much to the jealous chagrin of all of the rest of us. The "Muggy Nuts" tour will feature Nathan in full-on solo banjo mode. Go see him and buy his record for chrissakes.

07/10 - Lexington, KY - Griffin's Modern Motel
07/11 - Louisville, KY - Greenhaus (with Glenn Jones, Nathan Salzburg)
07/12 - Asheville, NC - Jack of the Wood (with Bennett Sullivan)
07/15 - Charlottesville, VA - Twisted Branch Beach Bazaar
07/16 - Brooklyn, NY - Silent Barn (with Marcia Bassett, Nonhorse, Sun Color)

Then a little later on, with summer nearly in the rearview, Nathan will take the stage at Hopscotch Fest in Raleigh, NC at a gig alongside our pal Grouper and Angel Olsen. Even though it happening September 5th, we recommended scooping tix ASAP.
